What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process loan files ensuring accuracy, completion, and compliance with corporate policies and regulations
- Examine vehicle contract documentation for accuracy, including verification of employment and income qualifications
- Document pertinent information in internal systems while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Perform credit investigations to validate employment, income, and collateral with dealers and stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with dealers to resolve discrepancies and ensure optimal funding turnaround
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree desired
- Minimum of 1+ years in auto finance operations or related field
- Previous experience in loan application or processing with knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of utilizing multiple applications

- Strong mathematical skills with an ability to analyze and interpret data
