  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational procedures are completed according to company policy and within expected time frames
  - Assist in securing payer authorizations and gathering necessary information and documents for funding packages
  - Act as account manager for assigned work orders, coordinating with other funding areas and completing tasks in the assigned work queue(s) and/or by report
  - Communicate benefits and coverage information to clients
  - Regularly communicate with referral sources, physicians, therapists, and clients to secure required documentation
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 2 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology, Medical Billing, or Funding preferred
  - High school diploma or G.E.D.
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in the mobility solutions industry
  - Knowledge of payer documentation requirements
  - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
