      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating with internal and subcontracted resources
      - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, budgets, schedules, and communications
      - Participate in project planning and design meetings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs
      - Monitor job sites during delivery and installation, resolving issues in collaboration with stakeholders
      - Conduct research and craft proposals tailored to customer requirements alongside the sales team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management or Design
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management or a related field
      - Knowledge of construction or project management principles, with hands-on application in the field
      - Proficiency in reading and interpreting floor plans, blueprints, and installation drawings
      - Valid driver’s license and own transportation, with the ability to travel 50-75% within the market

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Special certifications in project management, safety training, or LEED certification
      - Familiarity with AutoCAD and various viewer software packages
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Project
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
      - Experience in commercial furniture projects and scheduling
