      We are currently looking for individuals across all Saskatchewan locations.

      In clerical roles, you’ll be expected to:

      • Check documents for accuracy, review and correct errors, verify money amounts, and groups documents to be forwarded for future processing and maintain associated records.

      • Check, review, and/or verify policies, records, forms, applications, inventories or other documents for completeness, accuracy, retention and conformity to established criteria.

      • Prepare standard correspondence and/or form letters.

      • Code policies, forms, invoices, and other documents.

      • Maintain standard file records and/or logs and may be required to search for and/or reviews file documents using manual and/or automated systems.

      • Provide switchboard services by receiving, transferring, and/or referring calls to the appropriate department and/or person, in positions where required .

      • Take basic claims information from customer and enter onto GIS claim file to be dispatched to adjusting staff.

      • Process payments and issue receipts as required .

      Clerical roles have a starting monthly w age of $ 3, 210 .00.

      Requirements:

      • A 2-year diploma in a relevant field of study will be considered an asset.

      • Experience in a customer-oriented service or administrative role

      • Demonstrated ability in: customer focus, communication skills, time management and organizational skill, teamwork and collaboration, accountability and work ethic, and curiosity, inquisitiveness and business acumen.
