Tetra Pak Processing Systems A/S (Tetra Pak Ice Cream) – the world´s leading supplier of machinery and lines for the production, treatment, and packing of Ice Cream products – is looking for a highly motivated newly graduated Mechanical Design Engineer – Future Talent in Aarhus to join us in 2024!

      Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Aarhus, Denmark. You will onboard an individual-designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program, you will participate in training and job rotations throughout various parts to explore your potential and grow as a person. You will be on a technical track to develop your engineering skills and bring you leading technical knowledge in an accelerated way. You will be part of a truly global company with a dynamic, innovative mindset as well as strong roots in a technological environment. As our Future Talent Mechanical Design Engineer, you will execute all engineering tasks associated with creating production solutions, quoting, engineering development, commissioning, and customer training within the ice cream and prepared food sector. Besides, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world, and last but not least you have the opportunity to travel approx. 30 days. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

      What you will do

      As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be involved in the following activities:

      • Product Creation and design of customized technical solutions in close collaboration with team members.
      • Managing the entire Product Life Cycle, including design optimization and modifications.
      • Specifying and participating in the test of own design solutions.
      • Providing excellent mechanical design support to other areas like Sales, Projects, Assembly, Technical Services, etc.
      • Contributing to the troubleshooting process for customer issues.
      • Working with the team to enhance productivity by leveraging reusable solutions and configurable designs.

      We believe you have

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical or mechatronic engineering, graduating either this year or later, with a graduation date no earlier than 2022.
      • Specialization or passion for mechanical design, material technology, or thermodynamics.
      • You are already based in Denmark.
      • Desire to learn the relevant business processes and courage for new digitalization technologies.
      • Problem-solver personality with a strong personal drive.
      • True finisher mindset and the ability to work independently.
      • Team player personality and outstanding communication skills.
      • Experience from studies or work abroad, which is considered a merit.
      • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
