      Job Summary

      We are looking for talented and highly motivated new graduates to join our Future Talent Graduate programme and become the next generation of leaders in our industry. This programme sits within our processing business, which is one of our three business units, being packaging, processing, and services.


      Our Future Talent Programme is a 18-month programme that will develop your engineering skills and accelerate your technical knowledge. From day one, you’ll be building your capability as part of a dynamic team. On your development journey you will work in various parts of Tetra Pak and gain experience from your network of local and global colleagues, and this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career.

      What you will do

      As a Graduate Project Engineer, you will:

      • Build your technical and leadership capability on our 18-month graduate programme
      • Bring your engineering knowledge to life in complex design, install and commissioning projects
      • Be based out of our friendly Hamilton office, with opportunities to work on rewarding projects on customer sites all over New Zealand
      • Ideally be ready to start with us in February 2026

      • A University Degree in Process Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Food Technology Engineering
      • An enthusiastic, can-do attitude, with curiosity and courage to improve our way of working
      • A passion in developing sustainable solutions for the future
      • A genuine interest in working with people that want to make a difference
      • Mobility and willingness to support our customers throughout New Zealand
      • A current driver’s license
      • New Zealand citizen or residency with full working rights
