Job Description

- Training on the job related to account management and business development
- Training on the job related to our product portfolio and the contribution of different functions
- Support Sales team for Customer Management & Account Management activities in the market, as delegated, to help achieve the overall sales target
- Maintain close relationship with customers in person, by telephone and by mail and ensure the customer needs are met
- Help to prepare and deliver the presentation internally and to external customers to sell Tetra Pak product and technical solutions
- Prepare proposals and detailed costing and prepare quotes
- Work closely with Engineering department to support projects implementation successfully
- Work closely with Service and Sales team to help to improve the customer service
- Support customer issue resolution, ensure complaints are followed up and that satisfactory solutions are obtained for both the customer and the company
- Maintain agreed and adequate customer data
- A talented recent graduated in Business Administration, Engineering and any other related field. If you are interested in taking your career to the next level these opportunity is for you
- Finished or will finish your studies between December 2021 and December 2023.
- Have analytical and communication skills, taking initiative, team player, and willing to be part of this multicultural company.

Job Summary
This role is part of our Future Talent Program – Leadership Track is an 18-month program that will develop your leadership skills and help you gain broad business knowledge in a truly international environment. Our company is committed to investing in developing capabilities, ensuring we have the people, processes and tools that are critical to achieving our strategy.
From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position for you to grow into your future position. We have 1 position available for Panama City, Panama.
You will be travelling 20% of your time to our customer sites
