What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide general administrative support for the Department of Counseling
- Update reports and track student progression
- Assist in site search support and approval process
- Aid in end-of-semester hours tracking for student support
- Assist with administrative tasks and program support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Full-time Saybrook student eligible for the Federal Work Study program
- Familiarity with CACREP programs and counselor licensing processes
- Knowledge of APA's writing style requirements
- Ability to effectively use the Canvas system and standard word processing programs
- Excellent writing and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Preference given to Saybrook PhD students with a license as a clinical mental health counselor
