What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively monitor all live sporting events offered by the employer
- Ensure scoring details are correct across all offered sports markets
- Maintain consistent communication with Member Support regarding any scoring disputes
- Resettle incorrect settlements and execute the Reboot Policy for injured players
- Handle data entry and ensure all sporting events are scored accurately and timely
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deep passion for sports and startups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as part of a fast-growing team
- 5-day weekly availability covering 40 hours per week
- Experience with data verification
