      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct ongoing customer-related audits and maintain audit completion through regular weekly reviews
      - Own and complete all processes related to assigned Deduct & Hold (D&H) and stale-dated check audits
      - Provide timely updates on audit outcomes to Garnishment Specialists and leadership
      - Create internal cases for each customer audit and document actions and resolution steps
      - Respond to customer inquiries regarding stale-dated check audits with professionalism and accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in garnishment operations or payroll services is strongly preferred
      - High level of detail and organizational accuracy in managing audits
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions
      - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting, and customer support teams
      - Proficiency in internal systems such as Workday and Salesforce or similar platforms

      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile complex data sets
      - Proactive mindset with the ability to independently drive tasks to completion
      - Understanding of regulatory compliance within garnishment or payroll processing
