- Provide technical direction and assistance to customers in the operation, maintenance, repair, logistic support, and installation of GE products.
- Offer on-site interpretation of data and technical instructions.
- Communicate program status, customer issues, and trends to Project and Field Service management through regular reports.
- Train and guide customers in proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Assist customers in scheduling maintenance and workload to meet established schedules.
- Analyze reported malfunctions, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Review maintenance actions to identify training needs and ensure effectiveness.
- Travel internationally (greater than 50%) as required.
- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of experience with aero-derivative marine gas turbine engines.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Willing and able to travel internationally, often independently.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven analytical and quality improvement ability.
- Naval or ship construction background.
- Ability to read and understand electrical and controls schematics.
- Relocation assistance is provided.
- This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Final offers will be contingent on obtaining authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.

Role Overview:
