Are you an experienced hotel leader looking for your next adventure? Join us in Beaufort, North Carolina, a beautiful coastal town where southern charm meets island vibes. We're looking for a passionate General Manager to Open and Lead the Margaritaville Compass Hotel, ensuring our guests receive the ultimate laid-back luxury experience.
The Role:As the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for hotel opening overseeing all hotel operations while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction and achieving business goals. You’ll serve as the face of the property, inspiring a team to live the Margaritaville spirit and making every guest feel like they’re on vacation.
Responsibilities:• Lead daily hotel operations across all departments, with a focus on guest satisfaction and team performance• Drive revenue and manage expenses, including food & beverage and room operations• Build and foster relationships with the local community and stakeholders• Uphold Margaritaville’s brand standards throughout the property• Develop and mentor a strong, results-oriented management team• Ensure smooth communication between all hotel departments
Qualifications:• At least 5 years of hotel General Manager or senior leadership experience (preferably in lifestyle brand or independent)• Food & Beverage leadership experience is required• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and improving operational efficiency• Hands-on, motivational leadership style that fosters team engagement• Deep understanding of hospitality systems (PMS, POS, etc.)• A passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and a fun, team-driven atmosphere
