Leading and developing a high-performing team
Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and guest-focused culture
Managing financial performance: labor, cost of goods, and store-level P&L
Upholding operational and service standards across all dayparts
Coaching team members and creating growth opportunities
Handling scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management
Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all health regulations
Leading by example on the floor during peak shifts
2+ years of restaurant General Manager or multi-unit experience (fast casual, upscale casual, or full service preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Proven ability to manage labor, inventory, and financial goals
Passion for hospitality, great food, and creating memorable guest moments
Ability to work 50–60 hours per week, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
ServSafe and TABC certification preferred

We’re a fine fast casual concept that blends the efficiency of counter service with the soul of a full-service, chef-driven kitchen. We’re proud of our scratch-made, locally sourced menu, award-winning brunch, and killer coffee and cocktail programs.
