What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Copy, distribute, and securely store incoming checks for the eligibility and claims team
- Track and mail COBRA notices within the mandated timeline
- Print and index student status letters and issue HIPAA letters upon request
- Open, sort, batch, scan, and index all daily mail receipts for the EBTPA department
- Update records in the system related to front-end processes and report return mail
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Outlook
- Basic data entry knowledge
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience in bookkeeping or clerical tasks
- Familiarity with insurance-related documentation or processes
