      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales growth of power system products to EPC firms and consulting engineers, focusing on key market segments
      - Develop and execute sales strategies across various project stages, ensuring profitability and successful lead closure
      - Build long-term relationships with clients, providing guidance and support during project design and execution
      - Prepare and negotiate project quotations, collaborating with the Sales Operations team and distributors
      - Promote the employer's products at trade events and assist in creating technical marketing materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. engineering degree required (BSEE or BSME preferred) with an MBA or Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred but not required
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the power generation industry, including direct sales or equivalent roles
      - Proven leadership and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset
      - Ability to network and build relationships within professional trade organizations
      - Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

      - Experience in market segments such as data centers, hospitals, or emergency backup power
      - Technical acumen in designing and specifying emergency backup systems
