What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create statistical models for spatial growth strategies
- Manage data sets for mapping and geospatial analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive expansion plans
- Analyze market variables and portfolio financials for new center analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 2+ years of finance or investment analysis experience, preferably in multi-unit organizations
- Experience with sophisticated financial models in Excel
- Strong understanding of financial analysis and investment metrics (NPV, IRR)
- Proficient in expressing divergent opinions constructively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in GIS packages, Cognos, Lucernex, Alteryx, and MS Access
- Experience with real estate market analysis and qualitative data utilization
