      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the planning, design, and application of geospatial tools for military operations
      - Solve complex engineering or targeting problems as part of a client delivery team
      - Mentor and supervise employees on both company and technical competencies
      - Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts in geospatial technology
      - Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience with geospatial technology and applications supporting the DoD or Intelligence Community
      - Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam
      - Bachelor’s degree in a geospatial field
      - Experience with Esri tools and applications
      - Project management experience and knowledge of mapping software or data analytics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data science, AI, or machine learning
      - Knowledge of underground facilities or hard and deeply buried targets
      - Familiarity with Maximo and geospatial asset management
      - Master's degree in a relevant field
      - Ability to navigate deadlines with excellent time management skills
