What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct advanced geospatial analysis using the ESRI software suite to produce high-quality final products
- Develop and optimize workflows to improve team efficiency and product quality
- Provide targeted training and mentorship to junior team members
- Offer expert technical advice and proactive client support on geospatial projects
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with best practices throughout project delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Geography or a related GIS field, or 5+ years of experience in stereo compilation in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of three (3) years of GIS experience with increasing responsibilities
- Proficiency in the ESRI suite, including ArcPRO
- Advanced understanding of geodatabase creation and manipulation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Five or more (5+) years of relevant GIS experience
- Experience creating LIDAR derivative products
- Familiarity with CAD software such as MicroStation CONNECT and AutoCAD
- Experience training technical staff on products and services
- Adaptability to changing schedules and priorities based on client needs
