      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain environmental GIS data across multiple projects
      - Incorporate data from various sources and apply quality control checks
      - Produce clear and accurate maps and geospatial deliverables as requested
      - Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to end users of the GIS system
      - Supervise and support other GIS personnel in maintaining and supporting GIS databases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, geographic information systems, geography, environmental science, or related fields
      - Current driver's license with a clean driving record
      - 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience for Level I, 3 to 5 years for Level II, 5 to 8 years for Level III, and 8 or more years for Senior level
      - Experience in environmental-related GIS, Esri's ArcGIS software, and cartography
      - Experience applying spatial data standards, data development, and data maintenance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - GIS Certificate/Degree (Geomatics)
      - Experience working on projects with Federal clients
      - Knowledge of military instructions, directives, guidance, and environmental regulations
      - Familiarity with geospatial documentation and metadata
      - Experience with field data collection methods using GPS equipment
