      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate all GIS aspects for the Arizona Department of Revenue, providing technical assistance to County Assessors' Offices
      - Perform maintenance on GIS layers and ensure data quality and integrity through collaboration with external sources
      - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to GIS data and processes
      - Stay current on GIS technologies and recommend improvements to optimize productivity
      - Prepare management reports and documents as requested by management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five (5) years of GIS and analysis experience, or equivalent experience with advanced GIS software training
      - Relevant degree from an accredited college or university
      - Extensive working knowledge of GIS systems, spatial data, and database management systems
      - Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills
      - Ability to clear a comprehensive background and clearance process including an Arizona tax compliance verification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
      - Previous experience using ArcGIS Pro and reading property legal descriptions
      - Familiarity with COGO (ESRI or AutoCAD) and supporting ArcGIS Enterprise server-based software
      - Participation in industry associations and continuing education opportunities
