      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support modernization efforts by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of geospatial data
      - Perform data quality assessments and implement corrective measures on geocoded address points
      - Collaborate with senior GIS analysts to review geocoding sources and methodologies
      - Produce professional geographic outputs such as maps, shapefiles, and written recommendations
      - Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data quality issues and improve data accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years’ experience utilizing ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online
      - Demonstrated ability to perform quality control and assurance checks on geocoded address points
      - Experience in identifying and correcting gaps, overlaps, and misalignments in boundary layers
      - Proficiency in using automated tools (e.g., ArcPy) and manual techniques for data validation
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing documentation and communicating processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain data standards
      - Familiarity with producing clear and accurate documentation of data quality procedures
