What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide project leadership and foster a collaborative team environment
- Work with clients to understand business needs and facilitate project creation, budgeting, and scheduling
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
- Develop, implement, and lead projects from proposal to delivery
- Manage GIS sub-consultant work and coordinate travel to client locations for meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in GIS or technical project management
- Experience with software development projects
- Experience working for a Department of Transportation (DOT) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to apply Agile delivery principles
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with all project stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Geospatial technology, such as Esri's Roads and Highways LRS software
- Previous technical project management experience in a consulting/professional services environment
- High energy, flexibility, and a self-starter attitude
