- Leading the Design and implementation of ERP systems to support Accounts Payable Processes on a global Scale, ensuring alignment with business objectives and processes across various regions and business units
- Collaborating with HCBG stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define a roadmap for ERP deployment and capabilities
- Acting as the key liaison between functions, business teams and the IT team, ensuring effective communication, change acceptance and timely delivery of ERP solutions
- Defining and maintaining global standards and best practices for ERP configuration, data management, and user training to ensure a consistent and efficient implementation process
- Monitoring and assessing the performance of ERP systems post-deployment, identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing issues to optimize system functionality and user experience on a global scale
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND Ten (10) years of Accounts Payable Operations Management
- High School Diploma/GED from AND fourteen (14) years of Accounts Payable Operations Management
- Five (5) years of experience with ERP deployments and supporting SAP Technologies in a private, public, government or military environment
- 5 years Project Management in a private, public, government or military environment
- Proven Experience for deploying ERP a private, public, government or military environment
- VIM & Open Text experience
- Ability to manage complex, matrixed situations across multiple Layers and geographies to deliver expected results through influence and collaboration
- Proven ability to successfully influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts to drive decisions across all levels of the organization
- Strong communication skills, Business and process acumen, and analytical Skills
- Prior experience driving results as a Green Belt, Black Belt and/or Project Manager

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
