  The Impact You'll Make in this Role
  
  As a Global Accounts Payable Process Lead you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
  
  • Leading the Design and implementation of ERP systems to support Accounts Payable Processes on a global Scale, ensuring alignment with business objectives and processes across various regions and business units
  • Collaborating with HCBG stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define a roadmap for ERP deployment and capabilities
  • Acting as the key liaison between functions, business teams and the IT team, ensuring effective communication, change acceptance and timely delivery of ERP solutions
  • Defining and maintaining global standards and best practices for ERP configuration, data management, and user training to ensure a consistent and efficient implementation process
  • Monitoring and assessing the performance of ERP systems post-deployment, identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing issues to optimize system functionality and user experience on a global scale
  
  
  Your Skills and Expertise
  
  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  
  
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND Ten (10) years of Accounts Payable Operations Management
  
  OR
  
  • High School Diploma/GED from AND fourteen (14) years of Accounts Payable Operations Management
  
  
  AND
  
  In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
  
  • Five (5) years of experience with ERP deployments and supporting SAP Technologies in a private, public, government or military environment
  • 5 years Project Management in a private, public, government or military environment
  
  
  Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  
  • Proven Experience for deploying ERP a private, public, government or military environment
  • VIM & Open Text experience
  • Ability to manage complex, matrixed situations across multiple Layers and geographies to deliver expected results through influence and collaboration
  • Proven ability to successfully influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts to drive decisions across all levels of the organization
  • Strong communication skills, Business and process acumen, and analytical Skills
  • Prior experience driving results as a Green Belt, Black Belt and/or Project Manager

  Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
