      $18.00 Day Shift Starting Wage

      $21.00 Evening & Overnight Starting Wage

      $2,000 Sign On Bonus (Paid after 90 Days of employment)

      Up to $3,000 Relocation Bonus (Paid immediately after proof of residency)

      $16.15 Starting wage

      $500 Sign On Bonus (Paid immediately on first Payroll)

      Position Overview:

      The Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative will collect, monitor and process all Accounts Receivable issues. This position closely with Sales and their assigned accounts to create a positive customer experience for both internal and external customers.

      Responsibilities:

      Responsibilities

      • Receive payments on accounts and issue receipts as necessary
      • Research delinquent accounts
      • Bring late accounts up to current status
      • Educate customers on keeping their accounts current
      • Determine reasons for overdue payments and negotiate resolutions within Uline guidelines
      • Post payments daily to customers accounts
      • Balance daily receipts, complete necessary forms and submit to corporate accounting as necessary
      • Expedite billing and collection procedures
      • Enter customer payments
      • Send customer statements
      • Perform customer collection inquiries
      • Respond to customer email inquiries
      • Enter and balance accounts receivable on a daily basis
      • Process Monthly Statement Level Reports for Past Due Customers
      • Process Past Due delayed and scheduled orders prior to shipping
      • Process electronic and paper checks payments
      • Process credit/debit memos
      • Process electronic and paper mail
      • Process delayed and scheduled orders prior to shipping
      • Work on Assigned monitored accounts
      • Process all payment type declines
      • Fraud prevention
      • Must maintain a strict standard of confidentiality to ensure that our customers protected information is secure

      Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • Typically, 0-2+ years of experience working at Digi-Key with experience in Accounting or analytical roles
      • Experience working in the WinDECS and Excel application
      • Experience working with Digi-Key customers
      • Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen
      • Generally, spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body
      • Must be able to perform the following behavioral competencies; attention to detail, customer/client focus, ethical conduct, manages execution, personal effectiveness/credibility, and positive attitude

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Two-Year Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar area of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
      • Strong understanding of the various functions of Digi-Key, how they work together as well as the industry Digi-Key operates in
      • Knowledge of Digi-Key brand and its principles
