      Responsibilities

      As Global Business Conduct Operations Manager you will manage and perform work related to developing and administering organization-specific ethical standards applicable to all employees including: Documenting/updating policies and procedures related to the ethical standards established by the business (e.g. , policies and procedures related to conflicts-of-interest, confidentiality/privacy, fraud, appropriate use of company assets, interpersonal conduct in the workplace, etc. ); Develop and conduct employee ethics training and ensure employee attendance/completion of all required courses; Audit compliance with ethics programs & procedures, investigate employee concerns , and verify that deficiencies are corrected.

      Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
      • Manage an effective legal compliance program by monitoring the company’s internal reporting channels (e.g., reporting hotline (web-based and phone), Compliance Office email inbox, etc.). You will coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure all inquires/concerns and reports are assigned and reviewed appropriately.
      • Manage case files and advise on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
      • Provide support when instances of non-compliance are detected including participation in the investigations process to ensure prompt, effective action is taken to determine the nature and extent of the non-compliance, identify the root cause and provide recommendations on effective individual disciplinary action or programmatic changes.
      • Coordinate and prepare Ethics and Compliance reporting. This includes Business Conduct Committee reports, audit updates and stakeholder meetings.
      • Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
      • Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
      • Ensure employees conduct business in a manner that is consistent with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other applicable corporate compliance and ethics program policies and procedures.
      • Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes to include the preparation and selection of training modules and materials.
      • Work closely with team members in Human Resources, IT Security, Corporate Audit Services, Global Corporate Security, and Third-Party Vetting.

      Qualifications


      • Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or relevant field.
      • 4+ years compliance experience
      • Client-facing experience; strong customer relations skills
      • Strong knowledge of industry processes and legal requirements and procedures.
      • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
      • Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
      • Preferred: Adept at data analysis and use of Microsoft Excel.
      • Preferred: Experience conducting forensic audits to identify potential instances of fraud.
