      Global Business Services Supervisor

      The Orders & Contracts Team, part of Global Business Services is looking for a Supervisor to join their group. The Orders & Contracts Team at IDEXX is responsible for processing and managing all Capital Equipment orders and service contracts within EMEA. As the Supervisor of the Orders & Contracts Team, you will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and developing a team of seven members. You will also be responsible for creating, maintaining, and verifying crucially important information to our business, running reporting and ensuring audit and financial compliance. Lastly, you will also supervise the preparation of reports, support new product launches, represent the team as a core team member of business initiatives, and drive day-today process improvements.

      In This Role

      You will empower and develop the people in your team by creating an open and collaborative environment by providing coaching and guidance to your team and promote training and development opportunities.
      You will supervise staff, assign work, monitors activities and evaluate performance of the people in your team.
      You will supervise the day-to-day activities for creating, maintaining and verifying crucially important information to our business.
      You will build internal customer relationships and manage critical issues.
      You will communicate with other related departments to coordinate work and resolve issues as needed and provide customer feedback and support projects related to the business.
      You will play a key role in process improvements based on evaluation of existing procedures and business needs.
      You will be responsible for the annual performance evaluations of your team members and translate strategic enterprise goals into everyday operational results.


      What You Need to Succeed

      You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
      You have People Management and Leadership skills from a supervisor, management or team lead role of at least 2 years.
      You have 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience (preferably in a Shared Service environment, E-Invoicing or Data Entry).
      You have experience with Salesforce. Also, in SAP or another ERP system.
      You have an excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
      You have experience and enjoy working in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
      You are tech savvy and have an intrinsic interest in systems and technology and you are a strong user of MS Office.
      You have the ability to work alone, and, in a team, you are self-motivated, solutions driven, within a changing, fast-paced environment.
      You have emotional intelligence, humility, willingness to learn and take and receive feedback constructively.
      You have high ethical standards.
