What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize Study Team meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Assist with organizing Investigator Meetings
- Assist with site management activities and enrollment tracking
- Submit study documentation to Trial Master File
- Contribute to department initiatives and process improvement efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences discipline or relevant field preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Basic knowledge of GCP, CFR, and ICH guidelines
- Ability to work well with cross-functional Study Team and investigational sites
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
