      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in the development and implementation of global job architecture, including benchmarking and grading
      - Support the design and maintenance of global salary structures and pay bands based on job evaluations
      - Provide guidance on compensation-related inquiries from HR, managers, and employees
      - Analyze market survey data and maintain compensation benchmarking for various roles
      - Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to support compensation strategy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources and/or compensation
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field
      - Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables for data analysis
      - Familiarity with HRIS and compensation software tools
      - Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations, such as FLSA and Equal Pay Act
