IBM Blue Studio is responsible for the strategic evolution and expression of the IBM brand and sub-brands across every experience and encounter, internally and externally. The Blue Studio is expanding its capabilities to develop advertising for IBM. Our goal is to maintain and exceed IBM’s legacy of exceptional creative to drive understanding of the IBM brand in the world.
Role:
IBM is seeking a Creative Director with a writing background to build our advertising capability. The Creative Director will be responsible for shaping the way we work and developing messages for paid media including Film, Print, OOH, Audio, Digital and more. A successful candidate will be comfortable working in a matrixed organization and deliver consistency across all channels.
We are interested in creative leaders who have worked for leading ad agencies or in house agencies, can champion principles of simplifying complexity, driving creative excellence, delivering against brand building goals and objectives, and partnering closely with the marketing org to execute on brand strategy.
