      HYBRID ROLE BASED OUT OF OUR EXTON OR FAIRFIELD OFFICE

      Job Purpose:

      Our Global Customer Solutions Project Support will be responsible for capturing and directing results for an assigned account portfolio of cost savings and sales projects. This position will design, manage, and track strategic Cost Savings Programs and Customer Sales Initiatives to achieve Veritiv financial and NPS goals.

      Job Responsibilities:

      ● Manage projects with Sales team and Program Managers during initial development through scope identification, customer requirements, goals, metrics, and timelines.
      ● Execute project roll-out and synchronize communications to Sales and Sales Management.
      ● Drive facility/plant audits and collect and analyze customer supplied data.
      ● Communicate with Field Sales in data collection, progress tracking, and results gathering.
      ● Collect and report monthly/quarterly project results based on requirements.
      ● Serve as escalation point of contact for project questions, issues and resolution approval.
      ● Drive collaboration and results in scheduled internal sales calls.
      ● Create deliverables for customer business reviews.

      Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

      ● Motivated, creative problem solver using critical thinking and resourcefulness.
      ● Business Process knowledge a valuable plus.
      ● Client Services and/or Sales Background a plus.
      ● B2B Distribution or a related business field experience preferred.
      ● Sales experience or exposure to Fortune 500 or large scale selling organizations helpful.

      Work Experience:

      ● 1-3 years of related job experience.

      ● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.

      ● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.

      ● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

      Education:

      ● Bachelor's Degree Preferred
