What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, prepare, and coordinate for tradeshows
- Manage expense reports and bill backs
- Support daily communication with accounts, hotels, and individual travel advisors
- Prepare sales reports
- Manage customer database
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of work experience in a related industry
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Proficient in Lanyon, CVENT & Envision (or similar CRM tool)
- Experience with Cognos, Tableau, Reserve, and Oracle
- Must reside in the Midwest for this remote-based position
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree
- Experience with CRM tools and software
- Additional certifications in relevant software tools
