      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate and convert incoming leads through various segments
      - Nurture assigned & managed HSF business for repeat bookings at hotels
      - Provide exceptional service to external customers and build strong relationships with internal hotel teams
      - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for revenue growth opportunities
      - Collaborate with hotels to create memorable experiences aligned with Hyatt Hotels’ values

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
      - Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software and reporting tools
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Flexibility to travel and work independently in a home-based environment located in the greater DMV area of the United States
