The opportunity

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Head of Construction & Commissioning Technology and Performance to join our innovative team. How you´ll make an impact

• Improve daily operations and recommend new procedures and improvements
• Oversee and enhance C&C practices.
• Ensure compliance with company and HVDC policies.
• Coordinate with Global Stakeholders
• Manage and standardize project data and promote project predictability
• Implement Lean Constructability processes
• Manage HVDC's C&C Strategy and KPIs
• Support onboarding and training
• Follow and promote HSE and Quality standards
• Review HVDC processes for compliance

Your background

• University degree in technical or managerial field
• Experience in large EPC projects and project management
• Proactive risk management and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English and other languages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and productivity applications
