- Develop and implement innovative medical stakeholder engagement models and digital omnichannel strategies.
- Collaborate with global teams and key stakeholders to understand medical needs and expectations.
- Create efficient operational frameworks for executing medical engagements, integrating digital technologies.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines while driving engagement initiatives.
- Define key metrics and performance indicators to measure the impact of engagement models.
- Drive the roll-out and implementation of new models, including change management and training.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing impactful medical stakeholder engagement strategies. Previous experience having worked within Medical Affairs on engagement strategies is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of digital omnichannel concepts and technologies.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset to navigate complex operational processes.
- Knowledge of legal and compliance regulations in the healthcare industry.
- Experience leading diverse teams in a matrixed environment.
