- Design, implement, and execute Operational Excellence transformation strategies, fostering lean development across the site's value chain.
- Utilize Hoshin Kanri methodology to consistently structure, coordinate, and update the Site's annual strategy plan.
- Conduct Value Stream Baseline analysis and lead Kaizen events with site, function, and regional leaders to enhance performance in identified areas requiring lean/kaizen support.
- Drive the penetration of a continuous improvement (CI) and lean culture, focusing on capability building within the site/function.
- Ensure cross-functional dashboard ownership and reporting for performance evaluation and rationalization.
- Promote Lean and Six-Sigma tools and principles, facilitating the development and implementation of improvement plans, daily visual management, lean conversion, and root cause problem solving.
- University bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years of professional experience in improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Shingo. Pharma or Biotech experience is a big plus.
- Preferably Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt certified.
- Strong influencing, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset for digital solutions.
- Demonstrated teaching and coaching skills, along with a self-starter attitude for networking across cultural boundaries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with digital productivity apps like Zoom, Mural, PowerBI is a plus.
- Capability to travel up to 20%

Job Description
As the Global Head of OPEX External Supply Operations you drive a culture of continuous improvement in End-to-End operations, enhancing capability through Lean Six Sigma training and establishing effective performance KPIs.You will report into the Global Head of Operations and will be responsible for accelerate value through best practice sharing and lead ongoing reviews using strategic processes like Hoshin Kanri.
