      Global Head of Quality Strategy, Consumer Health m/f/d

      YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      Reporting directly to the Consumer Healthcare (CH) Global Head of Quality, this role will provide Senior Leadership and Accountability of the end-to-end CH Global Quality Strategy and Quality Management System (QMS) Performance with accountability for finding and driving efficiencies across the organization. The role will work in parallel with the Supply and R&D Quality teams to drive continuous improvement and find efficiencies whilst ensuring that the Quality function operates with the correct level of compliance to protect our consumers, brands and license to operate whilst providing a business focused competitive advantage.

      Key Tasks:

      • Deputize for the Global Head of Quality, Consumer Health
      • Identify opportunities for efficiency and drive continuous improvements in Quality.
      • Provide expert support to regions to help resolve compliance and service issues.
      • Share global lessons learned and increase connectivity across regions.
      • Supporting compliance and business continuity across our 12 internal manufacturing sites and approx. 180 Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), while finding efficiency opportunities to benefit the organization in terms of speed to market and operating budget, to ensure the protection and continued manufacture and supply of Global brands generating over €5 Billion/year in Sales revenue.
      • Implementing forward looking key risk indicators, to identify and resolve compliance risks, avoiding negative business impact and poor inspection outcomes.
      • Driving the planning, implementation, & governance workstreams of the strategy.
      • The preparation and presentation of the Quality Strategy and Operational performance across the Division to key senior Stakeholders that has a clear focus on business outcomes.

      • Coaching – developing talents within the team, identifying strengths and opportunities in individuals, and developing plans to support their career goals.
      • Clear and effective communication – adapting technical topics into a simple messaging for a variety of different stakeholders with a focus on business context. The ability to shape, articulate and display a compelling narrative in a confident and engaging manner.

      WHO YOU ARE

      • A degree in the life sciences with at least 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance Management.
      • Eligible QP is preferrable but not mandatory
      • Proven experience at a senior level of leadership is mandatory for this role.
      • Strong Business, Digital and Financial Acumen – the ability to understand challenges through the eyes of the business leaders. Ability to apply a digital first mindset and financial insights to strategies to drive business outcomes.
      • Experience across international Quality standards (cGMP, GDP, ISO) and Health Authorities interaction is desired.
      • Highly experienced in QMS maintenance and governance, performance, and compliance KPIs and continuous improvement and solutions based mindset.
