      We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations leader with a focus on Sales Enablement, Commercial Reporting and Analytics, Customer Experience, and Training with the aim to drive growth and support for the commercial team execution. The Global Head of Sales Operations and Enablement will lead their team in managing sales performance using a variety of solutions, tools, and techniques to create efficacies and uncover opportunities for operations improvements across all departments. This role will focus on using data and insights, budgeting, Salesforce CRM, market analysis, compensation, and other performance measures to ensure effectiveness. The goal of the position is to leverage sales enablement tools and use analytics/analysis to provide optimal direction to the business to drive greater customer, revenue, and commercial outcomes while optimizing costs. As a member of the senior leadership team in North America, this position will also effectively work with key commercial functions, be accountable for supporting internal and external customers, and for exceeding sales and marketing objectives by improving profitability and sales growth while driving customer engagement. Note, while this role is based in North America, this position will be responsible for optimizing sales results and efficiencies in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific

      OFX NA has offices across North America with the largest offices in Toronto, Edmonton, and San Francisco. OFX’s head office is in Sydney, Australia.

      OFX supports a hybrid working arrangement (working remotely is highly supported however this role will be required to be available to work from the local office as required i.e. a minimum of once per week or as needed to meet the needs of the client group. Ability to travel on occasion (i.e. 1-2 times annually) within NA is required.

      What you do

      • Responsible to develop and maintain key operational reports to monitor and manage the daily commercial operations.
      • Build long-term strategies and needs to ensure that the previous work process is aligned and based on it so that the required revenue target is met on time.
      • Liaise with different departments of the organization (Marketing, Product, Compliance etc.) to achieve growth and minimum cost
      • Sales Performance Optimization – including Salesforce utilization and effectiveness, other sales tech solutions, call recording and analytics, and AI and ML integrations
      • Sales Capacity Management, Resource & Channel Optimization– provide direction to Sales leadership on accounts, channels, trading, volume, and products and services
      • Manage and optimize administrative tasks linked to customers, trading, payments, and products and services to reduce cost, improve productivity, and increase customer satisfaction.
      • Maintain transparency with reporting managers and process managers to effectively work through any operational challenges
      • Forecast future demands to achieve targets (on time along and by satisfying the demands of key stakeholders).
      • Analyze and forecast factual databases for its teammates utilizing your strong understanding of different sales and CRM tools.
      • Compensation Commissions & Bonuses – ongoing support to ensure execution and strategic input into the ongoing strategy for sales remuneration and compensation and commissions.
      • Lead Management - Responsible for lead distribution amongst Business developers and Traders and ensuring optimal pipeline management. Includes serving territories and Branch strategy.
      • Pricing Oversite – across all products and services – optimizing value for OFX matched to risk and market need and competition.
      • Competitive Analysis and Market sizing including product penetration analysis
      • Responsible for tracking and reporting the cost of acquisition for new clients and the cost of retention for existing clients.
      • As a member of the Senor Leadership team, contribute to the strategy of North America.
      • Manage, coach, and develop direct reports.

      What you bring:

      • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customers Experience, and Data Science in fast-paced growth companies
      • 5+ years of experience managing sales operations
      • 5+ years of experience in CRM strategy and analytics
      • Previous experience in financial service is an asset
      • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
      • Experience working globally is an asset.
      • Proficient in MS Office - Word and Excel.
      • Proven ability to deliver results within required deadlines.

      Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience

      • Related university/college degree or equivalent experience
      • Strong advanced forecasting, reporting, and analytics skills
      • Minimum of 5-10 years of leader/sales experience in FX, payments, financial services, and/or eCommerce.
      • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
      • Strong attention to detail and lateral thinking skills.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate technical details
      • High levels of self-motivation and desire for self-improvement.
