Job Description
- Req#: global-head-of-surveys-2
- Driving the financial performance of the Survey business that delivers against the Survey business plan.
- Design and ensure the successful implementation of Atheneum strategy and roadmap of survey excellence initiatives to help productivity, grow revenue, and increase client satisfaction.
- Setting global performance goals and cascading them across the different verticals, offices, and teams.
- Managing resource planning across global hubs, including developing high-performing talent across the Survey management team and front-line delivery cohorts.
- Owning revenue and profitability targets for Survey business globally.
- Ensuring a data-driven environment in which the correct KPIs, aligned with the company goals, are defined, measured, and communicated.
- Driving performance, productivity enhancement, and profitability across the survey team.
- Promoting ongoing learning across teams and supporting other business units with relevant training on Survey products.
- Being a member of the Senior Leadership Team, helping with team initiatives and overall business alignment and improvement.
- 6+ years of operational leadership experience within the B2B and/or HC primary research industry focusing on Quantitative/Survey.
- Experience working in a high throughput, deadline-driven environment with global blue-chip clients.
- Proven track record of leading diverse global teams in a high-growth environment.
- A player-coach, willing to roll up your sleeves and lead through doing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, always looking for the next opportunity.
- Proven track record of developing Operations organisations and strategies that exceed performance targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.
- Confidence to stand by decisions and push the right agenda for the business while mitigating risks.
- Great communication and negotiation skills coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

The Opportunity:
Atheneum is actively seeking a leader who can oversee our Global Survey Team, which is in a period of growth. The successful individual will excel at designing and implementing processes and structures to propel us through this critical stage, placing operational excellence and customer satisfaction at the heart of this strategy.
The global team is comprised of 50 full-time employees across four continents.
With the full support of the Executive Team, reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, the individual will focus on advancing a best-in-class survey research team and contributing to overall Atheneum growth by delivering on revenue and profitability targets.
We are open to locations across Atheneum’s offices in Europe and North America; however, the individual must have substantial experience and knowledge of the global survey research market, alongside exposure to the various contributing players within the survey research ecosystem.
