Job Description
- Req#: 8318
- Reviewing and validating the monthly, quarterly and annual global Headcount & FTE movements.
- Preparing the 3 Years Strategic Plan and ad-hoc specific Headcount & labor cost evolution Reports to submit to the regions and countries.
- Monitoring the Corporate Opex spending for HR & Communication functions and compare with targets.
- Supporting the local Corporate team in the Procure to pay process..
- Participating in the HR processes implementation and management ensuring to improve HR IT tools
- Have an educational background in Finance and/or Accounting.
- Have an excellent level of English (written and spoken) to interact with foreign affiliates.
- Have an analytical mindset, and are able to analyze business areas and suggest new possible solutions.
- Enjoy working within multicultural teams and have a clear ability to drive the growth.
- 6 months internship in our Global Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133

- Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
