What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and develop I&D specific data platforms and sources
- Own critical analysis and reporting to support governance activities
- Project management of data, analytics, and research projects
- Build I&D CoE knowledge base and capacity for clean reporting
- Partner with I&D CoE members for ad hoc data management and reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive experience working with complex matrixed data
- Education in research, analytics, and/or data management desired
- Strong communicator with attention to detail
- IT savvy individual with skills in Excel or statistical analysis tools
- Experience with WorkDay, PowerBI, and Qualtrics is a bonus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in driving change through data analysis
- Strong project management skills in data and analytics projects
