Who You Are
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and manage multiple external 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) improvement projects, in support of customer requirements.
What You Will Be Doing
This position will require proven project management experience with the ability to lead cross functional teams and effectively communicate and influence all levels of the company - from entry level to executive leadership. In addition, this position must be able to communicate and work directly with customers at all levels and partner with key internal / external stakeholders to achieve project objectives. This position will serve as the Global Logistics lead for 3PL audit support, which includes managing and driving audit closure actions. This position will be expected to have a recurring onsite presence at one of the 3PL locations in Fort Worth (≥50% of the time). This role will be expected to travel between the 3PL sites in Fort Worth and may require occasional travel to other 3PL locations in Georgia and internationally. This role will also require ownership and oversight of existing operational task including, but not limited to requesting contractor access requests, driving scrap backlog, leading weekly 3PL meetings and monitoring and driving improvement on 3PL key performance indicator (KPIs).

•Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, business, project management or associated field
•Professional experience in supply chain management, project management, global logistics or warehouse operations
•Proven Leader
•Process Improvement Experience •Six Sigma Greenbelt, Blackbelt or Project Management Certification
• Experience working with 3rd Party Logistics providers
• Master’s Degree in supply chain management, business administration, project management or associated field
• Warehouse Management, including Inventory Accuracy, Cycle Counting, Receiving, Picking, Shipping, Safety and Compliance Requirements
• SAP Warehouse Management Systems Experience
• Intermediate to Expert level Microsoft Office Application (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
• Transportation Management System (TMS) experience
• Experience analyzing data, escalating information appropriately and driving solutions
• Experience bonded warehouse material management
• Experience developing presentations and conducting briefings, to all levels of the organization
•Experience interfacing and presenting to clients & DCMA
•Familiarity with International Trade Compliance
•Procurement, Chemical life cycle, SAP, TMS, Logistics, and/or Inventory Management experience
•Experience working Grief (Receiving Issues)
•Experience with 3PL Kitting and DD250 processes
• Experience using SAP & Tableau Metrics gathering and analysis
•Experience with continuous improvement activities
•Familiar with 3PL SOW & Contracts
•Experience answering audit corrective action requests
