- Design and implement NSS functionalities, drive governance and continuous improvement opportunities in NSS, through a solid understanding of the environment and working alongside stakeholders within Supply Chain Management (SCM), the business, and external partners.
- Use functional knowledge for reviewing market demands and ensure standardization in NSS process adoption across the markets and improve NSS performances of markets by extending useful functionalities across markets.
- Act as a bridge for all technical topics related to NSS, IBP, and Price Manager (Master Data) to ensure complete synchronization and also provide solutions to business.
- Work closely with internal IT teams, process governance teams, cross-functional teams, and Solution Implementation (SI) partners to use appropriate tools and functionalities useful to minimize operational complexities and support markets for quicker adoption.
- Support overall NSS program for major project implementation, drive synergies by combining market needs, and shape standards and rules for NSS operations.
- Help to identify process improvement and optimization opportunities, manage available budget and resources, and ensure alignment with SCM processes to deliver value.
- Track value associated with deployed initiatives and provide insight to senior management.
- Manage a team of professionals (internal/external) and define the team’s operating standards, set direction, and enable performance.
- SAP Knowledge: A few years of relevant working experience with SAP in Logistics and Inventory Management. Knowledge of SAP modules (especially MM, EWM, PM, TM, etc). Knowledge of IBP or similar planning solutions to design end-to-end solutions.
- Reasoning Skills: Ability to deconstruct and evaluate processes, producing effective outcomes via the creation of and use of visual representation of captured data.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to ensure a transparent representation of the results, processes, and procedures. Strong cooperation, coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
- Management Skills: Good management skills and preferably experience in managing remote and virtual teams in a complex and changing/dynamic operating environment.Ability to question the existing systems and processes by using tangible reference points to propose/implement efficiency opportunities to drive simplicity, speed, and improved user experience.
- Logistics Knowledge: Knowledge of concepts and methods of Logistics including warehouse and inventory management including forecasting, ordering, distribution, pricing, inventory costs, and organizing all aspects of inventory. Deeper Knowledge of NSS Solutions will be preferred.
- Education: Preferably, a university graduate, in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, and Economics.

What you’ll do
Network Stock Solution (NSS) is a flagship program of Logistics digitization in Vodafone which is primarily an IT program based on the SAP platform using multiple modules of SAP. It is designed to support Vodafone processes and controls around Inventory & Asset management and is highly integrated with financial books of accounts.
As part of the Finance Operations teams in Luxembourg this role the Global Logistics NSS Specialist manages the activities within the Global Logistics function, including but not limited to – the NSS roadmap, process improvements and sustenance, development of new capabilities and functionalities, and support implementation of NSS major projects across markets to drive more value for the business.You will:
