- Develop and implement Global strategies in collaboration with the Regional Product Marketing Manager and Global Marketing Director.
- Analyze market data to generate insights and identify key segment opportunities.
- Conduct customer research to align with segment and regional strategies.
- Track projects and customers through CRM in collaboration with the sales teams.
- Research and maintain data about local competitors to enhance our competitive advantage.
- Develop and execute strategic PCU plans with the Regional Product Marketing Manager.
- Work with the sales team and the BU Marketing Communications team to create and execute relevant marketing campaigns.
- Identify key sales activities, participate in trade shows and customer events, and prepare presentations and scripts.
- Support the management of brand positioning and brand architecture within guidelines.
- Develop and execute global communication plan in collaboration with the BU Marketing Communications team.
- Create and execute marketing promotion plans for new product launches, including sales tools and brand guideline compliance.
- Support marketing and sales excellence initiatives globally
- Manage content and analyze activity for global digital tools.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate and site policies regarding personal conduct, HSE standards, and applicable regulations.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of sales, marketing, or business management experience (MBA preferred).
- Solid experience in marketing, ideally across various areas of the discipline.
- Strong organizational acumen with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach.
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and diverse business environment.
- Participation in the AkzoNobel pension plan.
