Lead the Develop ment and Deliver y of the 202 5 - 26 Projects on the Growth Pillar
Lead the development of the marketing assets to support the innovation in partnership with the Comms team.
Work on long -term Pipeline and advance ideas to projectize and take through the stage gate process to deliver 202 6 + projects
In partnership with the R&D team, lead for the Commercial team the plans to improve our sensorial , packaging and efficacy experience across the p illar .
P artner with Design markets and Finance to develop the business cases for innovation projects and with the content team to develop hero content for new digital campaigns
Support all the sustainability strategies and partner with supply chain to unlock innovation, growth and improve p rofitability .
Evidence of contributions to the strategic planning process
Proven track record of driving brand growth
Demonstrated ability to identify and deploy powerful insights that drive growth, in line with CEJs
Strong ability to develop new product concepts derived from consumer insights and data, coupled with proven delivery of flawless global launches
Delivered successful consumer connections at a global level
Experience in developing integrated digital campaigns with strong results
Demonstrated ability to create and implement consistent brand assets across markets and through all consumer touch points
Demonstrated the ability to harness the shopper-consumer-expert relationship
Understanding of commercial excellence, media and the digital space
Productive relationships with Regional / local marketing teams
Demonstrated the ability to lead complex projects with successful outcomes, within a matrix organisation .
Demonstrated ability in developing and executing innovation.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L/budget managemen t, pricing and COGs strategy development and performance mind-set
Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Strong business acumen and deep understanding of customers , consumers & experts
Well-d eveloped strategic thinking , commercial skills and experience
High level of learning agility

About the role – 12 Month contract
The Global Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering winning marketing strategies, success guides and hero content toolkits for activation and amplification by the design market teams , both brand and expert teams .
The role is highly multi-cultural in nature and the successful candidate will need to inspire and engage with consumer , expert and customer facing teams across the globe, adapting their approach to reflect cultural, capability & language diversity.
The role requires the ability to inspire at a global level and ensuring that programmes are delivered across a wide diversity of markets by interfacing with ‘design’ markets as a proxy for focused global growth. This is a visible role and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a high level of impact, both in personal style and through business results.
Key responsibilities
The key responsibility for this critical role on the Sensodyne Category team is to drive growth and deliver the innovation pipeline on a key growth pillar . This part of the portfolio represents a significant opportunity to add new co n sumers and incremental sales for the Sensodyne franchise over the next 3 years . The role is highly demanding due to the varied nature and high volume of the work . Specific responsibilities include:
The role is highly complex and moves very fast . It will require someone with a strong consumer insight understanding, is highly organised, has demonstrated good influencing and leadership skills , has a good understanding of working with or in different markets , and is used to driving marketing initiatives cross-functional ly.
