      The Position

      As Global Medical Manager you will become part of a great team in the Global Medical Affairs Diabetes area, where you will be contributing to tactical and strategic decisions related to both the team and the various projects across the insulin pipeline.

      Your responsibilities will include:

      • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the global value chain to bring a unified medical perspective to all projects, supporting people with diabetes and healthcare professionals involved in diabetes management
      • Leverage medical expertise to integrate medical insights across relevant projects, ensuring strong scientific exchange to enhance patient outcomes through insulin innovations.
      • Operate both collaboratively and independently to drive and implement medical activities across headquarters, regions, and affiliates
      • Facilitate robust scientific exchange related to data generation, interpretation, and communication
      • Interact with key opinion leaders in the diabetes and insulin fields to influence the future of diabetes management

      Qualifications

      We’re looking for candidates who bring these qualifications:

      • You must hold a medical doctorate degree (MD) with ideally previous scientific or clinical experience, a PhD will be a plus.
      • Pharmaceutical industry experience within Medical Affairs or Drug Development is beneficial but not mandatory for this position
      • Strong scientific understanding and ability to communicate complex data in a simple, accurate manner in the right context to various audiences
      • Fluent in written and spoken English
