      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage U.S. Relocation and U.S. Immigration Program, ensuring effective service delivery
      - Develop and maintain U.S. Immigration and Relocation policies, aligning them with business objectives
      - Provide consultations and training to HR and business leaders regarding Global Mobility programs
      - Oversee vendor management to ensure compliance and service quality
      - Act as an employee experience ambassador, regularly seeking feedback to enhance the end-to-end employee experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in Global Mobility, international HR, or a related field
      - Extensive knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration regulations and compliance requirements
      - Strong project management and problem-solving skills related to Global Mobility programs
      - Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective recommendations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as an HR Business Partner or direct collaboration with HRBPs
