      Global Operations Consultant

      We are seeking a Global OMNI Operations Consultant who wants to play a vital role in delivering our OMNI Operations Strategy, supporting the Pandora Phoenix Strategy.

      At the heart of our operational process, the Global OMNI Operations Consultant is a key contributor to the overall Pandora Phoenix Strategy focused on growth, customer centricity, omni-channel and agility. The role will be driving collaboration across business units, ensuring right prioritization and implementation of transformative operations initiatives in close collaboration with Regional Operations, Digital Operations and Digital & Technology (D&T). Moreover, this role is a proponent for continuous improvement and echoes global standards through best practices within all parts of Pandora operations, encompassing logistics, planning, customer care, and beyond.

      The key accountabilities for this role includes:

      • Supports Global OMNI Operations Manager with driving “Cross Regional Best Practice Teams” (BP Teams)

      • OMNI Operations “super user” of Elevate (B2C data analytics tool) including steering new requirements for reporting as well as governance around existing reporting, to support OMNI Operations

      • Support the facilitation of “Peak Readiness” across regions, operations functions and other functions (i.e. Digital Operations, D&T)

      • Maintain effective working relationships with other key functions

      • Support on ad hoc requests from within operations as well as from other functions i.e. analysis of data, guidance on operations feasibility etc.

You have excellent project management skills including workshop facilitation, and you are people smart and enjoy building your own network of contacts and stakeholders.

      Furthermore, we hope you have or can demonstrate:

      • First experience from operations/logistics/warehousing

      • Good understanding of processes and standards

      • Experience with operations on a on a global/HQ level a plus

      • Good understanding of system flows vs physical flows is a plus

      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

      • Lean and Six Sigma a plus

      • Proactive approach/mindset and quick to adapt to new directions

      • A highly collaborative and approachable attitude, and a continuous improvement mindset
