Support the VP, Global Head of Content Strategy, by working closely with the British Vogue Digital Director and Audience Development lead to ensure the team achieves all brand KPIs and continues sustained growth.
Alongside the VP, Global Head of Content Strategy, the VP, Global Content Business Ops, and the Global Creative Director, play a key role in helping shape, refine and implement the global editorial structure.
Budget management of print, digital and video content costs and editorial operating expenses for British Vogue. Ensuring the VP, Global Content Business Ops, and the Senior Director of Business Ops have full transparency through regular communications.
Support the VP, Global Content Business Ops, the Senior Director of Business Ops, and the VP, Global Head of Content Strategy in managing the global Vogue content (incl. video) and OPEX budgets (outside the US), helping communicate allocations and the corresponding strategy.
Managing all people related matters (outside the US), working with Heads of Editorial Content and local People teams across territories - in collaboration with VP, Global Head of Content Strategy, and the VP, Global Content Business Ops and Vice President, Global Content Business Operations.
Serve as the key liaison for Vogue MDs and local commercial teams across markets. Help troubleshoot, and instruct teams around execution of commercial initiatives.
Work alongside Heads of Editorial Content and Vogue's Global Creative Council to ensure all global shoots and special projects are executed within budget, following smooth and streamlined processes end-to-end.
Hold weekly 1-1s and group sessions with Global Heads of Editorial Content, acting as their de-facto manager on all things operational, from staffing to finance, in collaboration with VP, Global Head of Content Strategy, Vogue.
Work closely with the Global Heads of Editorial Content to ensure the Global Vogue structure and standards are upheld and maintained.
Take a lead role in the onboarding of any senior editorial staff across all markets (outside the US).
Act as a key stakeholder on all new system rollouts, processes, and company-wide initiatives as they impact Vogue globally.
Essentially, being ever-present for the team and business, and picking up any of the brand's editorial operations necessary to allow the Heads of Editorial Content to excel in their role.
Direct line management responsibility for the Operations Manager, British Vogue.
Meticulous eye for detail and accuracy. Possess an analytical mind and be highly numerate
Understanding of, and experience, in the media industry
Passion and genuine interest for the Vogue brand
Ability to build strong relationships with a range of different leaders from diverse backgrounds
Experience working globally, across multiple markets is essential
Experience and understanding of how to operate in a matrix environment
Possess emotional intelligence, sound judgement and ability to act with discretion at all times
Comfortable with managing budgets and financial reporting
Calm under pressure, with the ability to problem solve
Exceptional organisational skills, including the ability to multitask

London, GBThis role will be responsible for directing the day-to-day editorial operations across the wholly owned territories, acting as the central point of contact for embedded content support operations - everything from creative and content integrity to talent, video and audience development. As the role is based in London, this is particularly pertinent to the UK market and British Vogue team.
