- 65% Onboarding of new suppliers and/or new products, including supplier training of the onboarding process/requirements. Ensures delivery of critical input materials such as strike offs and photo samples. Ensures vendor setup. Tracks and reports progress toward goals, proactively resolves issues to avoid delays, escalates as required.
- 15% Partners with Sourcing Office, Suppliers, Inventory Planning and Logistics to gather requirements for supply chain activities. Researching and implementing purchase order requirements.
- 15% Provides proforma analysis and reporting on new and existing products and programs.
- 5% Provides and coordinates with Customer Care on after-market product support related to private brands.

- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.

- Proven experience managing product development from concept to launch (5+ years)
- Experience working with global teams to provide vision and direction
- Experience identifying and developing supplier partnerships for dropship
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and independently drive timelines

Position Purpose: The Global Operations Manager (GOM) position manages both the product development and dropship sourcing at The Company Store for the décor categories, including tabletop and seasonal décor. This position holistically manages the end-to-end process for private label development and the curation/expansion of complementing drop ship assortments. The GOM will bring a strategic mindset and act as the subject matter expert for respective product categories, requiring full understanding of past and present assortments as well as competitive landscape. The GOM will be responsible for negotiating costs and MOQs to meet business targets while ensuring premium quality standards. This role will curate dropship assortments to complement the lifestyle of the brand and will need to build/optimize the supplier matrix to support product needs. The GOM will independently own the details: timeline & action (T&A) planning, new product onboarding processes, end-to-end sample management, data maintenance and integrity, and vendor onboarding. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role and will require collaboration across Design, Global Sourcing, Merchandising, Site Merchandising, and external vendors to ensure alignment, seamless execution, and quality. This associate will continuously seek out ways to streamline workflows, improve communication, and enhance launch readiness across teams.
