- Supervise in-country projects jointly with HR Services Hubs Heads, HR Business Partners and Danfoss Group IT
- Deliver global Change Management guidance to support our countries' projects

Job Description
At Danfoss in our HR Center of Excellence we are currently looking for a collaborative and structured Global Payroll Manager (m/f/d) who will take the global responsibility for governance and consolidation of our newly chosen Payroll and Time & Attendance Management solutions. We have started a thrilling journey with new global partners, and expect many projects to come.
You will join a very diverse, international, and extremely skilled team, and report to the Head of HR Information Technology & Services. On day-to-day basis, you will collaborate closely with the Program Director and with our Regional Services Hubs across the globe.
In this position you will contribute to Payroll & Time & Attendance strategy and roadmap preparation. You will also be leading the global implementation of our Global Payroll and Time & Attendance, working across our global matrix organization, especially with other HR functions and Danfoss Group IT. You will ensure integration by driving the consolidation, with the ambition of securing local buy-in and ensuring a smooth transition into our organization’s daily operational HR tasks.
On a long-term perspective you will ensure the continuous global governance and further development of the Payroll and Time & Attendance system.

Background & Skills
We imagine that you hold a relevant University degree combined with solid experience within Human Resources, HRIS and/or a Shared Service environment.
For this role, we would like to see you that you have experience and good knowledge of Global Payroll in complex organizations. You might have solid knowledge about Global Payroll and Time & Attendance Systems, but even more important is your advanced understanding for system landscapes as well as your demonstrated experience with aligning processes in a global matrix organization.
